ISTA Solutions, an outsourcing/offshoring company, is in search of an experienced Accounting Associate to join our rapidly expanding team. Responsibilities:

• Collect, validate, and analyze financial data from accounting systems to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc financial reports, including budget vs. actual analysis, variance analysis, and cost analysis.
• Develop dashboards and data visualizations to provide actionable insights for leadership review.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes through data reconciliation and financial analysis.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting by providing historical data analysis and trend insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial data integrity and reporting accuracy.

Requirements:
• With bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or any related field
• At least 6 months work experience in Accounting or related
• BPO Experience is a PLUS
• Excellent verbal and written English skills
• Proficiency in using MS Excel (Pivot, XLOOKUP, Index Match)
• Must be keen to details
• Willing to work onsite in Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong
• Amenable working night shift
