Accounting Associate | Accounts Payable | Get a 21K Signing Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Process vendor invoices and ensure accurate and timely payments.
• Review and reconcile accounts payable transactions.
• Communicate with vendors to resolve payment issues and discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records.
• Assist in month-end closing procedures.
• Participate in the preparation of financial reports.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 6 months experience in accounts payable or general accounting.
• Proficiency in using accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks, SAP).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong
• Amenable working night shift
