Accounting Assistant - AP (Work from Home)

Key Media is a fast-growing global B2B media company, and we’re looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to support our North America and UK operations. In this hands-on role, you’ll focus primarily on accounts payable, while assisting across a range of day-to-day accounting tasks.

This is a 100% remote, night‑shift (9pm to 6am) role, reporting into our Australian finance team and working directly with global finance teams.

What you'll do: 

Manage end-to-end accounts payable processing for assigned North America and UK entities

Work closely with internal teams and vendors to verify details, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely payments

Maintain accurate records, support month-end tasks, and continually look for ways to streamline AP processes

What you bring:

Solid background in accounting or accounts payable within a corporate or B2B environment

Strong attention to detail, confident Excel skills, and familiarity with common accounting/ERP systems

Clear, professional communication and the ability to work independently on a permanent night shift
