As a Accounting Assistant, you will be an integral part of our finance team, providing support in various accounting functions while ensuring compliance with our policies and procedures. • Assist in processing invoices and payments accurately and on time
• Support accounts payable and receivable functions
• Help in preparing monthly financial reports and reconciliations
• Maintain accurate financial records and assist with audits
• Review and validate expense reports for compliance with company policies
• Perform data entry tasks and update accounting databases
• Participate in improving accounting processes and systems
• Handle other administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements:
What we are looking for:

• Either a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field or Level 1 ACCA
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting or a related role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work on-site at our location
• This is a contract position, so availability for a predetermined duration is required.
