Job Description

This is a contractor role with a part-time and fixed term period of 1,5 years.

Responsibilities:

Manage and process specific accounting and operational transactions, ensure support in statutory reporting, maintain Master Data.

Accounting:

• Provide support on Statutory Financial Reporting
• Prepare specific MJEs
• Maintain Fixed Assets register (statutory and corporate), prepare NOEM & Capitalization forms, write offs and invoices
• Provide reports and analysis based on auditor request or any other audit missions
• Ensure technical support on T&E + preparation of induction training
• Purchase orders review (finance review and approval)
• Electronic invoice support (ensure invoices transfer, review errors, PO & EPAY match)

Operational:

• Participate on annual inventory
• Maintain electronic and physical archive
• PO creation, EPAYs, CBP

Master Data Management:

Manage:

• Price Book
• Customer Master Data
• Cost Centers
• Projects (WBS creation and annual WBS logic)
