Job Summary:
Dean-Lane Contractors is looking for an Accounting Administrator to join our team!
Job Responsibilities:
The duties will include, but are not limited to:
Collect and enter/process time records in an accurate and timely fashion.
Update employee records as required.
Create monthly payroll union reports.
Work with internal teams to resolve payroll issues or disputes.
Support month-end and year-end accounting processes.
Maintain organized records and provide administrative support to the accounting department.
Requirements:
1 – 2 years of related experience in accounting.
Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Professional interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced work environment.
Previous payroll experience is considered an asset.
Experience with the Jonas accounting program would be an asset.
Schedule:
In office, Monday to Friday 7:30 – 4:00
