🖥️ We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Admin to join our vibrant team and help us deliver top-quality experiences.

‼️ IMPORTANT: This position is office based, our office is located on 51, Blv. "Cherni Vrah", Office "Energy Tower".

🌇 Standard working time: Monday - Friday, 9 PM - 6 PM

📕 What You’ll Do:

✔️ Generate and distribute regular financial and operational reports for internal and external stakeholders.

✔️ Validate and manage invoices across multiple departments, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

✔️ Reconcile internal data with third-party reports to identify and escalate discrepancies.

✔️ Coordinate with accounting and payments teams to support smooth financial operations.

✔️ Suggest and implement improvements to reporting and administrative workflows.

✅ Requirements:

✔️ Strong proficiency in Excel and experience handling large data sets.

✔️ Solid understanding of basic accounting, reconciliation, and reporting processes.

✔️ Highly organised with strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.

✔️ Ability to communicate effectively across departments and with external partners.

✔️ Self-motivated and capable of managing tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
