What You’ll Do?
• Assist in reviewing and analyzing financial statements
• Perform bank reconciliations and support general ledger maintenance
• Record journal entries for accrued expenses and revenue
• Maintain and update fixed asset records and schedules
• Review expenses, payroll records, and supporting documentation as assigned
• Update financial data in systems and databases to ensure accuracy and timely availability
• Prepare and support weekly and monthly financial reports
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities
• Support senior accountants with accounting projects, reporting, and ad hoc finance tasks
• Help ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and documentation standards
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial data analysis.
• Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills with experience maintaining accurate records, documentation, and audit-ready files
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated attention to detail through accurate transaction processing, account reconciliations, and discrepancy resolution
