Accountant (QuickBooks Online Expertise)

We are looking for a skilled Accountant with QuickBooks Online expertise to join our team at Remote VA. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our financial health and ensuring the accuracy of our financial records. You will be responsible for managing accounting tasks, preparing financial reports, and collaborating with various departments to support financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations using QuickBooks Online, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
• Monitor and manage cash flow, helping to forecast future financial trends.
• Process payroll and ensure compliance with payroll regulations.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities to support strategic planning.
• Provide guidance on financial decision-making and best practices.
• Support audits by preparing necessary documentation and addressing inquiries.

Requirements:
