Accountant

IBMC is assisting an international client in hiring a detail-oriented and autonomous Accountant. Our client operates at the intersection of traditional finance and cryptocurrency, providing a dynamic environment for financial professionals who thrive in the modern digital economy.

We are seeking a skilled Accountant to join the team as a key operator of the central business hub. This role is essential for managing high-volume client payouts, organizing invoices, and ensuring the integrity of financial reporting. You will not only manage numbers but also maintain a custom-developed dashboard that centralizes the entire business operation. This position requires a professional who is comfortable handling both traditional banking systems and cryptocurrency transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Payout Management: Handle client payouts via bank transfers and cryptocurrency (USDT ERC20 and TRC20) using dedicated applications.
• Invoice & Documentation: Manage and organize all company invoices, ensuring proper filing, classification, and audit readiness.
• System Operation: Maintain and update the custom-developed internal dashboard to ensure all business operations are centralized and accurate.
• Financial Recording: Record and report all incoming and outgoing payments, including:
• Payouts for completed client challenges.
• Commissions and payments for influencers.
• Direct crypto payments from partners to bank accounts or crypto wallets.

• Reconciliation: Reconcile all financial transactions daily to ensure the dashboard reflects the true state of operations.
• Reporting & Analysis: Calculate commissions based on internal data and generate regular financial reports for leadership.

Requirements:
• Education: Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Experience: Strong background in accounting and financial management.
• Technical Skills: Comfortable handling large volumes of data, complex commissions, and multi-source payments.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience with cryptocurrency transactions (USDT) is a significant plus.
• Operational Mindset: Ability to manage a financial dashboard efficiently and work autonomously with high attention to detail.
• Reliability: Must be professional, reliable, and capable of working in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
• Communication: Professional-level English (written and verbal) is mandatory.
