Accountant (CPA)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant (CPA) to join our finance team in Bellevue, NE. This full-time role offers a competitive salary range of $75,000–$90,000 per year (market-based estimate) and focuses on ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with U.S. accounting standards, and supporting audit processes. The ideal candidate will collaborate with internal stakeholders, maintain strong accounting controls, and contribute to process improvements across the organization.

This position is perfect for a CPA with 4+ years of accounting experience, strong GAAP knowledge, and a hands-on approach to financial management in Bellevue, NE.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP for Bellevue operations.
• Maintain general ledger integrity, including journal entries, reconciliations, and account analysis.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• Assist with internal and external audits by preparing schedules, documentation, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local accounting regulations applicable in Bellevue, NE.
• Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline accounting workflows and improve efficiency.

Requirements:
• Active CPA license required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in corporate or public accounting.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, and audit support.
• Proficiency with accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work onsite in Bellevue, NE.
