Accountant - Accounts Receivable (m/f/d)

Hybrid in Prague (minimum of 2 days a week from the office)

The Accounts Receivable Accountant manages the full AR cycle — from invoicing through collections — ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across systems. This role plays a key part in maintaining cash flow health, supporting subscription billing through Chargebee, and ensuring accurate financial reporting in NetSuite.

Your Tasks:
• Resolve internal and external billing queries via Zendesk for the Usercentrics and Cookiebot brands.
• Manage billing in line with the contract lifecycle, including customer setup, subscription creation, and upsells in Chargebee.
• Issue customer refunds, credit notes, and reissue invoices as needed.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Support to resolve billing-related questions or discrepancies.
• Upload invoices and manage customer registration in client portals (e.g., Ariba).
• Reconcile payments from providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) in NetSuite to ensure accurate cash posting.

You Bring:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• High level of accuracy with a solid understanding of billing processes and their impact on accounting.
• Able to multitask effectively and collaborate across departments.
• Handles customer inquiries with professionalism and a strong sense of urgency.
• Resourceful in a fast-paced environment, able to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
• Experience with Salesforce, Zendesk, NetSuite preferred; strong willingness to learn.
• Familiarity with Chargebee, Ariba, Stripe, and PayPal is a plus.
