This is not your typical account management role.
Our client is looking for an Account Strategy Manager who wants more than just managing clients, someone who wants to own outcomes, influence strategy, and drive real commercial impact.
You won’t be ticking boxes or chasing updates.
You’ll be leading accounts, shaping direction, and helping clients scale.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll act as the strategic owner of your client portfolio, responsible for turning goals into results.
• From onboarding through to scale, you will:
• Own the client relationship and act as their trusted advisor
• Translate business goals into clear, actionable strategy
• Guide and align internal teams (media, creative, funnels, etc.)
• Monitor performance and turn data into insights and decisions
• Identify opportunities to improve, optimise, and scale results
• Lead weekly client conversations with clarity and confidence
• You are the person who ensures everything connects and delivers.

Requirements:

• Confident leading client conversations and decision-making
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple moving parts
• Comfortable owning performance and being accountable
• Proactive, not reactive
• Data-aware and able to translate metrics into action
Your Background
You’ll likely come from:
• A marketing / growth / lead generation agency
• A high-ticket service or performance environment
• A role where you’ve managed multiple clients or accounts
• You should be comfortable managing 10–15 active clients at once.

• You come from a purely support-based background
