What You'll Do:

As an Account Strategist within Retail Media at Criteo, you will lead the performance, growth, and strategic development of key advertiser accounts within the Beauty vertical. Sitting at the intersection of strategy, analytics, sales, and client leadership, you will own end-to-end account strategy and execution to deliver measurable business outcomes and incremental revenue growth.

In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to clients, proactively identifying growth opportunities, influencing investment decisions, and contributing to the broader Retail Media commercial strategy. You will work closely with Sales, Account Management, and cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment, seamless execution, and strong commercial outcomes.

Lead the development and execution of Retail Media strategies for assigned key accounts within the Beauty vertical.

Own campaign performance across key KPIs such as ROAS, revenue, CTR, and spend pacing, providing strategic interpretation, clear recommendations, and success narratives.

Act as the day-to-day contact for clients, building strong relationships and positioning Criteo as a strategic partner rather than an executional vendor.

Drive account growth by identifying upsell, cross-sell, and scaling opportunities aligned with client objectives and investment priorities.

Lead client-facing presentations, QBRs, and strategic planning sessions with confidence and seniority.

Own end-to-end account execution, ensuring strategic consistency, proactive communication, high-quality delivery, and minimal operational risk.

Contribute to campaign planning, optimization, and post-campaign analysis, leveraging insights to inform future strategies and test new Retail Media solutions.

Collaborate closely with Sales, Account Management, Product, Operations, Analytics, and other internal stakeholders to ensure campaign success and strong commercial outcomes.

Act as a role model by promoting best practices, supporting team members, and collaborating closely with agency points of contact to ensure consistency and knowledge exchange.

Who You Are:
You have proven experience in account strategy, account management, digital advertising, Retail Media, e-commerce, or a similar client-facing or commercially driven role.
You bring a strong analytical mindset with high confidence working with data; advanced Excel skills are required, and experience with additional analytics tools is a plus.
You are able to translate complex data into clear strategic insights and actionable commercial recommendations that resonate with senior client profiles.
You have strong commercial acumen, with a track record of driving revenue growth and managing complex, high-value accounts.
You have a solid understanding of digital advertising and Retail Media ecosystems.
You demonstrate a high level of ownership, autonomy, accountability, and proactivity, and are comfortable operating in a fast-paced, matrixed, and collaborative environment.
You are able to influence stakeholders and lead strategic conversations with senior client and internal profiles.
You have strong communication skills in Spanish and a good level of English.
Previous hands-on experience in Retail Media or performance-driven digital advertising, exposure to business cases and investment planning, and prior experience mentoring junior team members are a strong plus.
