Account Relationship Intern (Sales Support)

What you will do:

Administrative Support:

• Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other materials for key account meetings.
• Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer information.
• Handle correspondence and communication with key clients.

Sales Analysis and Reporting:

• Prepare reports on key account performance and activities.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Assist in building and maintaining relationships with key clients.
• Support the Key Account Manager in customer communication and follow-up.

Requirements:
Must have:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Good verbal & written communication skill in English & Malay

Nice to have:

• Able to converse in other language and/or other dialect
