Role Overview
The Account Manager serves as a liaison between clients, employees, and the company. This role requires a passion for customer success, relationship management, and business growth. A successful Pipeline Manager is proactive, detail-oriented, is proficient in organizing and supporting a growing sales organization using HubSpot, and is dedicated to supporting customers while contributing to the company’s expansion.

Key Responsibilities
• Client Relationship Management
• Build and maintain long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with clients and executives in the senior care industry.
• Own the Sales pipeline process in HubSpot and ensure timely follow up by sales leaders and company executives
• Respond to and nurture inbound leads to convert them into opportunities.
• Provide clients with accurate, valid, and complete information in a timely manner.
• Address and resolve customer concerns, ensuring appropriate solutions and timely follow-ups.
• Maintain records of customer interactions, process accounts, and manage documentation.
• Manage the HubSpot lead process from conferences and other meetings and will have the authority to manage the follow up with sales organization
• Identify new business opportunities by searching for facilities of existing corporate clients that are not using our products
• Proactively generate qualified leads through outbound outreach (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop lead generation strategies.
• Schedule discovery calls or product demos for the sales team.
• Meet and exceed weekly/monthly KPIs for outreach, meetings booked, and pipeline contribution.
• Administrative & Financial Oversight
• Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely payments from clients.
• Handle administrative tasks, including sending agreements, updating the CRM, and supporting business development efforts.
• Travel as needed for business requirements and company needs in the United States
Other Responsibilities:
• Assist with internal projects related to process improvement, reporting, or client engagement strategies.
• Participate in team meetings, strategy discussions, and training sessions to enhance performance.
• Support additional tasks as assigned to contribute to the overall efficiency of the department.
Required Skills
• University educated in business, International Business or a related field
• Master fluency in English (reading and writing)
• 5 years’ experience working in sales, sales administration or customer-facing roles
• 3 years minimum working in international business, especially in companies in the United States Relationship oriented. Not call center oriented
• 2 years minimum experience managing sales and contact modules of HubSpot, Salesforce or other similar CRMs
• Strong computer/super user skills
• The position is hybrid - some days will be in the office and others can work from home
• Is self managed and does not always require direct supervision or instruction in order to be productive
• US Visa preferred
