JOB DESCRIPTION:
Account Optimisation Manager – UK & Benelux Region (London Focus)
Location: Remote or Hybrid (London Office)
Reporting to: Area Manager
Employment Type: Full-Time
About the Role
We’re looking for a data-driven, commercially minded Account Optimisation Manager (AOM) to join our UK & Benelux team, with a strong focus on the London market. Working as part of a high-performing, collaborative team, this role is designed to work in tandem with an Account Manager, forming a strategic partnership to drive long-term, sustainable growth for our hotel partners.
As an AOM, you’ll be a trusted business advisor, leveraging data insights to optimise inventory, improve conversion, and enhance partner performance. You’ll play a key role in shaping and executing account growth plans, negotiating campaigns and promotions, and ensuring the right commercial conditions are in place.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management & Optimisation
Analyse historical data and market trends to inform strategy
Monitor booking patterns and negotiate rates and availability accordingly
Collaborate with Account Managers to build and execute joint account plans
Conduct performance monitoring and share insights with partners
Negotiate special offers and campaigns to boost conversion
Maintain accurate records in internal tools
Participate in weekly tandem meetings and joint supplier interactions
What You’ll Bring
Strong understanding of the London hotel market
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Passion for data analysis and commercial strategy
Highly organised and efficient with attention to detail
Experience with tools such as Salesforce and Tableau

Build influential partnerships with hotel suppliers through consultative engagement
Adapt account growth plans based on hotel performance and market dynamics
