Act as the key point of contact for global clients, providing commercial services on a daily basis. This includes:
• Supporting Account Managers on global programs to deliver a high-quality service.
• Assist in proactive portfolio monitoring, reporting and support for Account Management team.
• Utilising internal systems, carrying out calls and supplying monthly reports as and when required both internally and externally.
• Managing a small portfolio of clients independently, supporting them in the daily management of their contracts and any support they require.
• Assisting the sales team with new business opportunities including attending client meetings.
• Providing training for clients and brokers on Coface platformsMaintain efficient. processing of calls and email enquiries, measured by response time and time to resolution conclusion. 
• Coordinate tasks such as policy issuance, with other CGS teams across the world.
Adhere to UK and Ireland compliance legislation and Group compliance rules.   
• Degree educated in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or equivalent – preferred
• At least 2/3 years of previous experience in a similar role 
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to plan effectively
• High level of attention to detail
• Knowledge of the current economic climate
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Powerpoint and Office applications
