Our tools deliver content to media professionals via editorial stickers or email, publish PR content on the web, and ensure high visibility on Google and other search engines. In this way, we provide our customers with maximum reach and visibility – both nationally and internationally. We would be delighted to have you join our team: We are looking for you to join us on April 1, 2026, as a full-time Account Manager (f/m/d) New Customers for news aktuell GmbH in Hamburg, Berlin, Frankfurt (am Main), Munich, or remotely from Germany. This is a temporary position to cover parental leave until December 31, 2027, with the option of permanent employment.


The job + The responsibility:
• Acquiring and supporting new customers
• Analyzing and evaluating customer needs / stimulating demand
• Preparing individual offers / negotiating contracts and following up on them until they are successfully concluded
• Actively and individually supporting and advising newly acquired customers (customer development)


You + Your strengths:
• Relevant professional experience in the area of new customer acquisition and no fear of cold calling
• Confidence in negotiations is a basic requirement
• Ability to work independently and focus on results
• Interest in the connections between public relations and the media
• High affinity for social media, communication, and networking
• Very good written and spoken German skills
