About the Team
Customer Success is a team of highly skilled Remote Sensing Engineers and Geospatial Intelligence Analysts with vast experience in the defense, public, and private sectors. We think of customers as partners and aim for a deep understanding of their use cases, processes, and jobs-to-be-done.
Job Description
Satellogic is looking for a dynamic Account Manager to drive our US and Allied Defense and Intelligence business growth. With our cutting-edge constellation of satellites delivering real-time insights to clients across the defense, intelligence, and civilian agency world, you’ll be front and center leading the charge in redefining how the world sees itself.
Your Responsibilities
Relationship Management: Manage and grow relationships with key US and Allied defense and intelligence clients, commercial partners, and primes.
Strategic Alignment: Act as the go-to for customers, aligning Satellogic’s products and solutions with their specific mission needs in GEOINT and All-Source analysis.
Technical Onboarding: Onboard customers using technical savvy and hands-on geospatial skills, being an every-day user of our products.
Analytical Support: Leverage a background in multi-domain analysis to assist customers in identifying network nodes, understanding threat networks, and developing high-end analytical products.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Team up with our global Product, Sales, and R&D teams to deliver high-value, repeatable solutions.
Market Expansion: Identify opportunities to expand our footprint within government agencies and prime contractors.
About You
Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience providing strategic and technical analysis utilized for high-end analytical products.
Agency Background: Significant experience working with or within a geospatial intelligence agency, such as the NGA, or supporting special operations (e.g., JSOC/CENTCOM).
Geospatial Proficiency: Expert user of geospatial technologies and software, including ArcGIS (Pro, Desktop, Online), QGIS, Tableau, Power BI, and IBM i2 Analyst Notebook.
Analytical Expertise: Strong knowledge of intelligence analysis, strategic planning, and vulnerability analysis.
Regional Knowledge: Detailed understanding of human geography, culture, politics, and security concerns in regions such as China, Russia, South & Central Asia, and the MENA regions.
Education: Bachelors degree in International Security, Government and International Politics, or a related field.
Certifications: GEOINT Professional Certification Fundamentals (GPC-F) preferred.
Soft Skills: A people-person with excellent customer skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proven track record as a great team player.
Location
United States / Remote (with up to 25% travel to customer sites in the U.S. and abroad). Preference given to candidates in the Denver, Colorado metro area.
