WHY THIS ROLE

The (Senior) Account Manager role has been created to support continued business growth and the increasing needs of the commercial team. 

Reporting to the Head of Client Success, the role will be responsible for managing campaigns and growing revenue across Australia, working with existing clients across media agencies and direct partnerships.

WHAT YOU'LL DO (Day to Day)

Own the day-to-day relationship for an assigned patch of AU agency and direct clients

Act as the conduit between clients and the Trading team — briefing in, managing expectations, and bringing campaign performance back out in a way clients can act on

Quality-control briefs into Trading so campaigns are set up against the right KPIs from day one

Respond to client briefs in collaboration with Sales and Trading

Translate campaign performance from Trading into clear, client-facing optimisation narratives — across email, decks and calls

Coordinate with Ad Ops, Publishers and Production across APAC to ensure on-time delivery

Analyse campaign success metrics against client needs and brief, and work with the client to identify opportunities to upsell or optimise spend to maximise ROI

Deliver end-of-campaign reports with actionable insights and learnings for future activity

Identify upsell and retention opportunities within your existing patch

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

4-6 years in an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager role, ideally in a performance or programmatic environment

Demonstrable experience servicing AU, NZ, UK or US markets — AU preferred

Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and at least one major DSP (DV360, The Trade Desk) — you don't need to be in the platforms day-to-day, but you need to speak the language fluently and credibly with sophisticated buyers

Confident discussing campaign performance against the core performance metrics — ROAS, CPA, CPM, CPC, VTR, CTR, viewability — and able to explain what's driving the numbers, not just read them out

Working understanding of the digital ad-tech stack: pixel and tag implementation (Google Tag Manager, Floodlight, Meta Pixel), conversion tracking, attribution windows, and audience builds (custom, lookalike, retargeting) — enough to hold the client conversation and brief Trading accurately

Able to interpret reporting from Looker Studio, GA4, Campaign Manager 360 and DSP-native reporting, and turn raw numbers into a client story

Confidence presenting performance read-outs, brief responses and optimisation plans directly to clients

Exposure to behavioural intelligence, audience data platforms or DMPs is a plus

WHO YOU ARE

Excellent written and verbal English — you will be writing client-facing emails, decks and reports daily

Able to work AU business hours (approximately 6:00am - 3:00pm Vietnam time) consistently

Highly organised and proactive — you raise issues early, suggest solutions, and don't wait to be asked

Comfortable across multiple accounts and competing deadlines 

Genuinely curious about AI and how it's reshaping digital advertising

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

First 30 days: Fully briefed on your patch, shadowing client calls, mapped to key client and internal contacts, comfortable with our tools and reporting stack

First 60 days: Running client communications independently, owning the brief intake process for your patch, building trust with the Trading team

First 90 days: Leading status calls, contributing meaningfully to brief responses, identifying upsell and retention opportunities, recognised as the go-to contact across your patch
