At Wolt, we’re about more than just food. We’re building a tech platform that connects merchants, couriers, and customers in the best way possible. As an account manager, you will join our Restaurant Development team, acting as a strategic partner for our existing restaurant partners. You won’t just be "managing accounts"—you will be a growth consultant, using data to help restaurants optimize their operations, improve their menu, and maximize their profitability and sales on the Wolt platform.

What you’ll be doing

• Driving and managing the growth of your restaurant portfolio

• Monitoring and improving operational KPIs for your restaurants

• Becoming a key knowledge source and go-to person for restaurant-related strategies

• Be a visible partner in the field: You will dedicate 2 days a week to face-to-face meetings with your partners and build stronger relationships.

• Actively drive sales growth and leveraging Wolt's various promotional tools

• Train and onboard Tier 1/Tier 2 venues

• Collaborating closely with Finance, Analytics, and Marketing teams to address restaurant needs

• Using data to drive commercial and strategic discussions with restaurant partners on a daily basis

Our humble expectations

• Proven experience in key account management or business development (2-4 years)

• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess market dynamics, analyze data, and derive actionable insights.

• Excellent communication skills; ability to engage with a diverse range of partners, from restaurant owners to managers, and adapt your approach accordingly.

• Strong technical skills and logical thinking.

• Sales-oriented mindset with a passion for business growth.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.

• Fluent in Hebrew and English – a must.

• Deep understanding of the restaurant industry, including knowledge of industry trends, challenges, and restaurant needs. - an advantage
