ABOUT LIV GOLF

Now in its fourth season, the LIV Golf League features 13 teams competing for both an Individual and Team title at premier golf courses across the world. As the first truly global golf League, LIV Golf is constantly innovating to set a new standard in sport and redefine the fan experience through the lens of music, culture, and entertainment, while growing the game of golf for a new era of players and fans around the world. Headquartered in New York and London, the League holds events in cities across Asia, Australia, Europe, the Middle East, North America, and Africa, with broadcasts reaching nearly 900 million households in more than 200 international markets and territories. LIV Golf was designed to expand the sport on a global level, bring new audiences to the game, create new value within the golfing ecosystem, and enhance the game’s societal impact far beyond the course through the League’s Impact & Sustainability efforts. In 2022, LIV Golf launched The International Series, which features 10 elevated events in world-class destinations. Sanctioned by the Asian Tour, these events offer a pathway for leading professional and amateur golfers from around the world into the LIV Golf League and the Majors.

HISTORY

Founded in 2021 and officially launched in 2022 with the eight-event LIV Golf Invitational Series, 2025 was our third 14-event season as the LIV Golf League.

The format respects golf’s history and traditions with updates for modern-day sports fans; four days, 72 holes, no cut, shotgun start, and simultaneous Team and Individual competitions, offering a faster tournament that drives engaging storylines and offers an immersive fan experience. The League’s award-winning events, each wholly owned and operated by LIV Golf and broadcast to over 900 million homes across 200 international territories, showcase world-class competition happening at LIV Golf’s 14 global events. Music entertainment, food, live concerts, family-friendly activations and offer a festival-like atmosphere. A two-time winner of the World’s Best Golf Event from the World Golf Awards and a Sports Business Awards Finalist for Sports Event of the Year, our signature hospitality, inclusive atmosphere, quality food and beverage offerings, post-play concerts have helped LIV Golf have helped build record-breaking attendance at events worldwide.

LIV Golf continues to expand its reach by bringing the League to new and returning markets featuring some of the most iconic venues in the world. It has also introduced free agency to professional golf, integrating end-of-season player promotion and relegation, team trades and off-season roster movement that drive year-round fan engagement, embraced by many of the world’s most popular sports.

Away from the entertainment on the course, LIV Golf is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of the communities it visits through its ground-breaking social impact and sustainability strategy. Named a 2024 Most Impactful award winner by Front Office Sports for utilising its platform to make a positive impact on and off the course, in local communities around the globe, the League is committed to giving back and improving the world through golf.

ROLE OBJECTIVE/THE TEAM

In this role, the Account Manager will manage a portfolio of regional and global partnerships, serving as the primary day‑to‑day contact and ensuring all contractual obligations are fulfilled through creative, high‑impact activation plans. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver partnership benefits, support the Partnerships Director on key global accounts, and help execute VIP hospitality and on‑course experiences during events. The position also involves tracking and reporting on partnership performance, developing measurement frameworks with partners and internal insights teams, and preparing materials and correspondence that support ongoing relationship management. Additionally, you will contribute to identifying new partnership opportunities, streamline processes alongside the sales team, and handle various administrative tasks that keep the department running smoothly. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, proactive problem‑solving, organisational excellence, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, international sports‑marketing environment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Lead the day-to-day management of designated Partnerships, acting as primary point person for a mix of regional and global partners.

• Manage the fulfilment of contractual deliverables, collaborating with partners on creative, impactful activation plans

• Liaise with internal stakeholders to support the delivery of partnership benefits

• Provide support to the Partnerships Director to assist in the management of one, or more, of LIV Golf’s Global Partnerships

• Handle administrative departmental responsibilities which may include facilitating the request for tickets, experiences, merchandise and gifting

• On-event, help to facilitate VIP Hospitality programs and on-course experiences and activations for our Partners

• Support the Partnership Management Team with effective tracking of partnership rights utilisation and reporting on partnership activation.

• Work with our partners, and the internal Partnership Management and Insights teams, to define measurement frameworks and reporting to partners

• Coordinate and prepare meeting materials and manage outgoing correspondence.

• Research and identify new opportunities to expand corporate partnerships by staying informed on partners' goals, objectives, and the competitive landscape.

• Offer support for the Partnership Sales team where process efficiencies can be made

• Perform all other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED SKILLS/WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR FROM YOU

• Bachelor's Degree preferred

• 3 or more years’ experience in sports marketing, preferably agency-side or recently at a Rights Holder

• Positive energy and a yes-can-do approach

• Forward-thinking, pro-active and organized

• A strong communicator who is comfortable communicating with a wide range of personalities, cultures and at different levels of seniority

• Solutions-oriented and resourceful with excellent active listening and decision-making skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential; Salesforce experience preferred

• A reliable and flexible team member, capable of reasoned and measured decision-making based on thorough analysis

• Available to travel internationally
