Note: This position requires working onsite at our New York office Tuesday through Thursday.

About the role:

As the Account Manager, you'll play a critical role in driving customer success and business growth. You’ll be the face of our company for a portfolio of customers, working closely with finance and planning teams to understand their needs and ensuring they get the most out of our product.

Your mission is to cultivate and strengthen customer relationships, leading efforts to both expand contracts and secure renewals. You’ll identify growth opportunities within your accounts, acting as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through their financial transformation journeys using our cutting-edge FP&A solutions.

• Customer success & relationship management excites you! You’ll build long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, ensuring they achieve maximum value from our platform.

• Retention & renewals are what you are great at! Lead the renewal process, anticipating challenges and proactively addressing concerns to maintain high retention rates.

• You have sales experience! Identify upsell opportunities, crafting tailored solutions that align with the evolving needs of your customers.

• You are solutions-oriented! Become a product expert, providing guidance on best practices, new features, and ensuring your customers are leveraging the full potential of the software.

• Collaboration is your strong suite! Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Customer Success, Product) to align customer needs with company capabilities, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

• You are data-driven! Use customer data and analytics to inform strategies, identify risks, and unlock growth potential

Bonus skills:

• Proven track record of managing customer relationships in a SaaS environment, with a focus on renewals and growth.

• Strong understanding of FP&A tools and how they drive value for finance teams.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.

• Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment and ability to adapt quickly to change.

• Passion for helping customers succeed and achieve their financial goals

The base salary range for this role is: $90,000-$100,000. This role is eligible for commission.
