As Key Account Manager Pharma, you own and grow strategic OTC and pharmacy client relationships across our Retail Media & Shopper Activation ecosystem.
You act as a trusted advisor to leading pharma brands, translating their marketing and trade objectives into high-performing media and promotion strategies - from concept to execution to measurable revenue impact.
You are commercially accountable for expanding existing partnerships, unlocking new budgets, and positioning acardo as the go-to activation partner in the pharmacy and OTC landscape.
This role combines strategic consulting, revenue responsibility, and hands-on campaign orchestration in a fast-growing retail media environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct consulting and sales meetings (with a focus on OTC business)
• Support and develop relationships with existing clients
• Acquire new clients
• Work independently in an organized and structured manner
• Set up campaigns and coordinate with internal departments
• Coordinate with external partners (print companies, media partners, cooperations)
• Manage proposals, client budgets, and billing processes
