Due to continued growth, we are looking for an Account Manager to join our team at Nucleus Global. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Account Executive who is ready to take the next step in their career within a supportive and collaborative environment.

As an Account Manager, you will continue to build on your strong project management foundations while taking on increased responsibility across publications and medical affairs–focused accounts. Working within a dynamic and fast-paced team, you will oversee multiple deliverables, ensure projects run smoothly, and play a key role in maintaining strong, trusted client relationships.

You will have the opportunity to broaden your strategic contribution, support financial oversight, and help guide more junior team members, all while being supported in your own professional development. With a growing understanding of therapy areas and products, you will confidently contribute to client discussions and help ensure the highest standards of scientific accuracy and delivery.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

Experience within a medical communications agency or pharmaceutical marketing environment

•
A proven track record of supporting and increasingly leading client-facing projects

•
Publications and/or medical affairs experience

•
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams

•
Good financial awareness, with experience managing budgets

•
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative mindset
