Als Account Manager (m/w/d) bist du bei uns genau richtig, wenn du Erfahrung in der WEG - Verwaltung hast und gleichzeitig hast als eines der ersten Teammitglieder einen neuen Bereich mit aufzubauen. Arbeitsorte: in unserem Berliner Office (hybrid), Frankfurt (hybrid), oder München (hybrid), mit gelegentlichen Besuchen im Berliner Office. Starte ab sofort in Berlin, oder München. Vollzeit.

Deine Aussichten:

• Vergütung von 50.000-60.000€ plus eventuelle Boni

Deine Rolle bei Matera:

• Du baust die Strukturen und Prozesse in Berlin, München, oder Frankfurt gemeinsam mit dem Management auf

• Du übernimmst die Verwaltung deiner Kund*innen

• Im Namen der Eigentümer*innen bist du Projektmanager*in für wichtige Arbeiten am Gebäude

• Du bist der ausgleichende Faktor zwischen den Eigentümer*innen untereinander und im Austausch mit Drittparteien
