Account Manager – Education Sales (Inbound)

At GoStudent, we help students unlock their potential through personalized tutoring powered by technology and AI.
As an Account Manager, you will speak daily with parents looking for academic support for their children. Your mission is to understand their needs, guide them through our learning solutions, and help them start their tutoring journey.

This is a high-energy, high-activity sales role, ideal for people who enjoy speaking with customers, solving problems, and achieving ambitious targets.

Your mission
You will work with inbound leads from parents who are looking for tutoring support for their children.
Your role will be to:

• Understand the student’s learning needs

• Build trust with parents

• Present our tutoring solutions

• Convert interest into subscriptions

What your day looks like

• Speak with multiple parents every day

• Conduct discovery calls to understand student needs

• Guide families toward the right tutoring package

• Handle objections and questions

• Close subscriptions and onboard families

• Maintain high talk-time and activity levels

What we look for

We are looking for people who thrive in fast-paced customer conversations and enjoy helping families find solutions.

Ideal candidates typically demonstrate:

• Strong communication and persuasion skills

• High energy in phone conversations

• Comfort speaking with customers all day (in Italian)

• Resilience when handling objections

• Motivation to achieve ambitious targets

Experience in sales is valuable, but we also welcome candidates who show strong commercial potential and learning agility.

Bonus points if you have

• experience in phone sales

• experience speaking with customers daily

• experience in education, tutoring or EdTech

• experience in high-activity sales environments

Compensation
Base salary: Up to 28.000 € gross annually + commissions upon reached targets
Commissions are uncapped and directly linked to performance.

Type of contract: Fixed term for 1 year
