PRIORITY Quality Consultants is seeking an experienced and dynamic Account Manager - IT Solutions to join our growing team. We are a leading consulting firm in Greece, focused on delivering exceptional IT solutions that foster innovation and drive success for our clients.
The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with our clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored IT solutions to meet those needs. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong business acumen and the ability to collaborate closely with various teams within the organization to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, gaining deep understanding of their business needs and strategic objectives
• Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts, driving upselling and cross-selling initiatives
• Design and implement strategic account plans aligned with client goals and company objectives
• Oversee project delivery, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and client expectations are consistently met
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and maximize client satisfaction
• Monitor account performance, analyze KPIs, and implement improvement strategies where required
• Prepare and deliver structured reports and presentations to clients and internal stakeholders
• Stay up to date with industry trends, regulatory developments, and market dynamics to provide value-added advisory support
• Represent PRIORITY Quality Consultants at industry events, conferences, and networking activities to strengthen market presence and generate new business opportunities
Requirements:
Qualifications/Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in account management or business development in the IT solutions sector.
• Proven track record of successfully managing client accounts and driving business growth.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
• Fluency in Greek and English, both written and verbal.
Preferred Skills:
• Familiarity with IT industry trends, technologies, and services.
• Experience with CRM software or project management tools.
• Prior experience in consulting or a related field is a plus.
