We are seeking a results-driven Account Manager with a strong IT focus to manage and grow relationships with our technology clients. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, identifying expansion opportunities, and aligning IT solutions with business needs.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing IT-focused client accounts
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal technical teams
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
• Develop account strategies to drive retention and revenue growth
• Understand client IT environments and recommend appropriate solutions
• Coordinate with sales, engineering, and support teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Prepare proposals, quotes, and renewal agreements
• Monitor account performance metrics and client satisfaction
• Maintain accurate CRM documentation and forecasting
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in Account Management or Client Success, within the IT industry
• Experience selling or managing IT services, SaaS, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or managed services
• Strong understanding of IT terminology and enterprise technology environments
• Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
Preferred:
• Experience working with mid-market or enterprise clients
• Technical certifications (e.g., AWS, Microsoft, CompTIA)
