Als Account Manager übernimmst du die Verantwortung für ein vielfältiges Portfolio von B2B-Kund:innen und unterstützt sie dabei, im dynamischen E-Commerce erfolgreich zu sein. Deine Mission: Wachstumschancen für deine Kund:innen erschließen. Jede Verhandlung, jedes Upselling, jede Vertragsverlängerung stärkt Partnerschaften und treibt den Erfolg voran – für deine Kund:innen und für uns.

Die Position ist befristet als Elternzeitvertretung bis August 2028.

• Ownership & Strategische Account-Entwicklung: Du betreust eigenständig ein Portfolio kleiner bis mittelgroßer Online-Shops und entwickelst deine Accounts vorausschauend weiter.

• Customer Value: Du analysierst Bedarfe und Performance proaktiv, leitest sinnvolle Maßnahmen ab und setzt individuelle Expansionsstrategien für nachhaltiges Wachstum um.

• Vertrauensvolle Partnerschaften: Du entwickelst Beziehungen kontinuierlich weiter, erarbeitest passgenaue Empfehlungen und gestaltest langfristige, stabile Partnerschaften auf Augenhöhe.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Du arbeitest eng und abgestimmt mit internen Schnittstellen wie Sales, Legal und Product zusammen, um eine konsistente und hochwertige Kund:innenbetreuung sicherzustellen.

• Performance-Metriken: Gemeinsam mit einem Customer Success Manager nutzt du KPIs und Insights, um Bindung, Zufriedenheit und langfristigen Erfolg der Kund:innen gezielt zu fördern.
