VOTRE ROLE :

En tant qu'Account Manager vous devez garantir, promouvoir et développer la vente des solutions médicales destinées aux blocs opératoires (tables d’opérations, éclairages…) auprès des professionnels de santé sur votre secteur.

VOS PRINCIPALES MISSIONS ET RESPONSABILITES :

• Prospecter, identifier et suivre les cibles « publics & privés » régionales

• Mettre en place des plans d’action sur le secteur (calendrier, actions, moyens, budget,…)

• Gérer les forecasts et tenir à jour de manière rigoureuse les informations enregistrées dans SFDC.

• Bâtir en relation avec la Direction Commerciale (DC) une offre répondant au mieux aux attentes du client tout en respectant la stratégie nationale de Baxter.

• Garantir la satisfaction totale de chaque client (plan de formation, mesure de la satisfaction, livraison, etc.…)

• Vendre des contrats de services au moment de la vente (Point Of Sales)

• Communiquer avec le service et l’Ingénieur Technique Produits (ITP) afin d’optimiser la vente de contrats de services sur la base installée.

• Garantir la satisfaction totale de chaque client (plan de formation, mesure de la satisfaction, livraison,

• etc.…).

• Participer aux recouvrements des factures.

• Optimiser les ressources internes au service de chaque étape du projet.

• S’engager à une gestion dynamique, justifiée et validée du parc d’échantillon sur le secteur.

• Connaître la stratégie régionale de la concurrence et remonter l’information auprès de la Direction

• Commerciale et du service marketing.

• Connaître et gérer des acteurs régionaux/ KOL influents.

• Faire des reportings réguliers auprès de son supérieur hiérarchique (analyse des affaires gagnées /perdues)

• Mettre en œuvre les procédures d’assurance qualité.

• Planifier et coordonner les interventions chez les clients avec les services internes concernés (Marketing –

• service client etc.)

• Valider les résultats de ces interventions.

VOTRE PROFIL :

Expérience réussie de minimum de 2 à 5 ans dans un poste de commercial dans le domaine de la santé

Connaissance de l’environnement « hospitalier et du monde de la Santé »

Connaissance de l’environnement du Bloc Opératoire serait un plus

Gestion des établissements de santé régionaux (type CH/CHU/Cliniques…)

Expérience dans la réalisation d’un Business Plan régional
