Account Manager (External Sales) – Dural-Based with Territory Coverage

Package: Up to $100k base + super + car allowance + bonus – competitive for a top performer!

Our locations: Brookvale (our flagship site with multiple specialist sales centres), Peakhurst, Mona Vale, Terrey Hills, Hornsby, and Dural.

What You'll Be Doing: As an Account Manager, you'll drive new business growth and manage customer relationships across Dural, contributing to the company's success by achieving targets and ensuring sustainable, profitable growth.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing a portfolio of key accounts and acting as the primary point of contact

Monitoring customer needs and proactively identifying opportunities to expand business with existing accounts

Negotiating and closing new sales while ensuring successful onboarding and implementation

Collaborating with internal teams to deliver excellent customer experiences

Identifying and pursuing new business development opportunities

Representing the company at industry events and networking functions

What We're Looking For:

External Sales / Account Management experience in the construction or building supply industry

Proven ability to manage key accounts and grow revenue

Excellent communication (verbal and written) and computer skills

Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong client relationships

Strong planning, organisation, and autonomous work capabilities

Valid driver's licence

Australian work authorisation required

Prior experience in building or construction industry is essential
