Location: Remote (Latam, Eastern Europe, Western Europe, S. Africa)
Team: Sales
Salary: $30,000 - $60,000 USD/yr + commission

What We’re Looking For
As an Account Executive, you'll be the face of our company, visiting retail locations throughout your assigned territory. This outdoor role requires you to be comfortable with regular travel between stores, building relationships with decision-makers, and driving sales growth through face-to-face interactions.
Tasks and Responsibilities
• Conduct regular in-person visits to retail locations within your assigned territory
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with store managers and key decision-makers Present our products/services through engaging demonstrations and presentations
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts
• Regularly track and report on sales activities, leads, and market insights
• Represent the company professionally in all client interactions
• Navigate local market conditions and adapt sales strategies accordingly
Experience Requirements
• 2+ years of successful outside sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a field-based role
• Comfort with extended periods of walking, driving between locations, and outdoor exposure Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation
• Experience with CRM software and mobile sales tools
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required for candidates with strong sales experience
