Your responsibilities::
• You actively drive our revenue growth by expanding and strategically developing existing customers in the public transport and mobility sector.
• You take full responsibility for key customers in the public transport and mobility industry, building and nurturing lasting and trustworthy relationships with them.
• You are responsible for acquiring new customers: identifying potential clients, conducting initial meetings, presenting our ticketing solutions convincingly, and turning leads into long-term partnerships.
• You independently manage the entire sales process—from needs analysis and proposal preparation to pricing, contract negotiations, and successful closure.
• You oversee tenders and RFPs comprehensively, develop concepts, proposals, and presentations, and conduct bidder negotiations with a clear communicative and commercial strategy.
• As a central point of contact, you provide strategic advice to your clients, identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling, and strategically position our products in the market.
• You work closely with the technical team to evaluate feasibility, effort, and solution scenarios, providing your customers with realistic and reliable proposals.
• You independently manage smaller projects, particularly those that do not require significant new developments, and ensure smooth implementation.
• You monitor contracts, KPIs, and billing, ensuring clean commercial processes in collaboration with sales coordination.
• You continuously observe market and competitive trends and actively share your insights with product management to further refine our portfolio.


Your qualifications::
• You hold a successfully completed university degree in business administration, IT, or a comparable qualification.
• You have several years of professional experience in account and/or sales management with direct customer interaction.
• You bring with you a fundamental technical understanding.
• You have a strong ability to grasp complex interrelations and provide corresponding advice to customers.
• In addition to a talent for (self-)organization, you possess improvisation skills, think service-oriented, and work quality-focused—especially in gathering information or handling tasks with fixed deadlines.
• You have a passion for further education in order to successfully position digital products in the public transport sector.
• You enjoy working in a team.
• You are willing to travel within the DACH region.
• You have excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
