Cette personne hautement motivée sera responsable de stimuler les ventes des services de Triumvirate auprès de nouveaux et d’actuels clients, tout en développant des relations durables afin d’assurer leur satisfaction, leur fidélisation et leur croissance.

Responsabilités principales

• Gérer un portefeuille de clients générant entre 600 000 $ et 800 000 $ par mois en revenus.

• Stimuler les ventes des services de gestion et d’élimination des déchets ainsi que d’autres services de Triumvirate auprès de nouveaux et d’actuels clients.

• Coordonner les services et projets entre les clients et les équipes internes de Triumvirate.

• Identifier, qualifier et conclure de nouvelles occasions d’affaires grâce au réseautage et aux références.

• Appliquer la méthodologie de vente consultative Sandler pour renforcer les relations et comprendre les besoins des clients.

• Soutenir les clients dans leurs projets afin d’assurer leur conformité réglementaire et l’excellence opérationnelle.

• Développer des relations à long terme avec les clients afin d’assurer leur satisfaction et leur fidélisation.

• Participer à des rencontres clients, des activités de réseautage et de représentation au besoin.

Exigences minimales

• Baccalauréat dans un domaine connexe.

• De 2 à 5 ans d’expérience dans les services environnementaux ou un domaine connexe, incluant de l’expérience en vente.

• Attitude positive, grande motivation et passion pour les ventes.

• Excellentes compétences en communication, organisation et développement de relations.

• Expérience en gestion des installations (Facilities Management), un atout.

• Succès démontré dans la vente auprès de clients des secteurs de la santé, de l’enseignement supérieur, des sciences de la vie ou industriel.

• Doit disposer d’un moyen de transport fiable.

• Doit être parfaitement bilingue en français et en anglais.

This highly motivated individual will be responsible for driving sales of Triumvirate’s services to both new and existing clients while building long-term relationships that ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage an existing client portfolio generating $600,000–$800,000 per month in revenue.

• Drive sales of environmental waste management, disposal, and other Triumvirate services to new and existing clients.

• Coordinate services and projects between clients and Triumvirate teams.

• Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities through networking and referrals.

• Apply the Sandler Consultative Sales Methodology to strengthen relationships and uncover client needs.

• Support clients with projects to ensure regulatory compliance and operational excellence.

• Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

• Participate in client meetings, networking, and entertainment activities as required.

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

• 2–5 years of experience in environmental services or a related industry, with sales experience.

• Positive attitude, strong motivation, and a passion for sales.

• Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.

• Experience in Facilities Management is an asset.

• Proven success selling to healthcare, higher education, life sciences, or industrial clients.

• Must have reliable transportation.

• Bilingual in French and English language.

Preferred Qualifications

• Completion of Sandler Sales Training or similar sales training.
