The Role
We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our Client Services team full time in our Munich office and help drive exciting work for leading healthcare and B2B brands.
This role is for someone who enjoys being close to the action: managing clients, shaping campaigns, and making sure great ideas actually get delivered. You’re confident, organized, and curious. You care about details, but you also see the bigger picture. You like being at the center of things and thrive in a fast-moving, creative environment.

What You’ll Do
Manage and support clients accounts across integrated campaigns (digital, social, content, activation)
Work closely with strategy, creative, CRM, and social teams to bring ideas to life
Own projects from briefing through production to delivery while ensuring that timelines, budgets and quality are always met
Act as the central point of contact for clients and partners
Translate client needs into clear, actionable briefs
Ensure campaigns are delivered to the highest standard, from single assets to full 360° rollouts
Keep a close eye on budgets, timings, and scope, and understand the “why” behind the numbers
Support the Client Lead in growing accounts and strengthening client relationships
What You Bring
2–4 years of relevant experience in an ad agency environment (account management or client services)
Experience in or strong interest in healthcare and/or B2B communication
A sharp eye for detail and a strong sense of ownership
The ability to manage multiple projects without losing focus or quality
Confidence in working with creatives, strategists, and external partners
Strong communication skills and the ability to present clearly and convincingly
A calm and solution-oriented mindset at all times.
Fluent English and German (written & spoken)
A positive attitude, an optimistic outlook, and a desire to be part of a great international team.
