At woom, we believe kids’ bikes are the future of cycling. We are growing quickly and looking for a driven, can-do Account Manager to join our team and help support our expanding network of retail partners across the U.S.
This role will work alongside our current Account Manager — learning, collaborating, and growing together — while taking ownership of critical backend execution and dealer support functions. If you are a go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
The Account Manager plays a key role in supporting our rapidly growing retail partner network. This position collaborates closely with Sales, Logistics & Operations, and Finance to ensure seamless account setup, order execution, and dealer satisfaction.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role that blends relationship management, operational execution, and strategic program rollout.
Partner side-by-side with the Sales team to support and grow retail accounts
Collaborate cross-functionally with Logistics & Operations and Finance to ensure smooth order processing and account execution
Own backend account setup and system execution for new and existing dealers
Manage order entry with accuracy and efficiency
Provide best-in-class dealer customer service and ongoing account support
Lead the rollout and execution of our merchandising program across retail partners
Support dealers with product information, program details, and operational guidance
Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and dealer experience
What You Bring to the Woom Wheelhouse
2–4 years of sales or account management experience (bike or outdoor industry preferred)
Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel required) and willingness to learn new systems
Experience with order entry, ERP/CRM systems a plus
Passion for cycling and/or working in the outdoor industry preferred
