The Role
As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in upselling our products to existing partners and collaboratively creating projects to expand our presence in the market.
Main duties:
• Initiate proactive outreach to existing partners to identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell.
• Maintain continuous communication with partners through proactive or reactive calls, email, chat, or demos.
• Conduct product demos to enhance partner understanding of the platform and its optimal utilization.
• Demonstrate autonomy and collaborative teamwork as required.
• Proactively identify workflow and expansion strategy improvements, contributing to pricing and subscription discussions, and identifying optimal opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Manage, track, and report sales activities and results using Salesforce.
