Software maken is mooi. Om goed te weten waar we het over hebben, hebben we meer nodig dan alleen ontwikkelaars. We hebben professionals nodig die de brug slaan tussen ICT en alles wat met de financiële wereld te maken heeft om je klanten te ontzorgen.

Hoe jij ons inpakt
Alleen vanuit jouw expertise kunnen we relevant blijven voor onze klanten. Jij weet als geen ander onze bedrijfsfilosofie naar buiten te dragen en relevant te blijven voor onze doelgroep. Daarbij draag je bij aan de omzetdoelstellingen, vertaal je de marktvraag naar onze oplossing en lever je input aan de productontwikkeling met de klantvraag in gedachten.

Wat je gaat doen
In jouw rol verkoop je proactief Caseware oplossingen. Je bezoekt klanten regelmatig en bouwt je relaties op binnen de doelgroep. Je signaleert mogelijkheden en kansen bij huidige en nieuwe klanten. Je verdiept samenwerkingen, blijft op de hoogte van markt- en vakinhoudelijke ontwikkelingen en past deze toe binnen je eigen rol.

Als accountmanager zorg je niet enkel voor sales, maar heb je ook aandacht voor de juiste verwerkingen van gemaakte afspraken, klantgegevens en bijbehorende administratieve handelingen. Tot slot zorg je ook voor een goede klanttevredenheid, door passende oplossingen te bieden en oog te hebben voor de klant op het gebied van service en advisering.

Jouw lijstje:
• Je hebt hbo-werk- en -denkniveau.
• Je hebt een aantal jaar werkervaring als sales professional.
• Je hebt bij voorkeur brede/gevorderde kennis van financiële processen en commercie.
• Je hebt affiniteit met accountancy & ICT.
• Je bent leergierig, initiatiefrijk, ziet en grijpt kansen.
• Je bent zelfstandig, maar ook goed in het team.
• Je hebt een groot probleemoplossend vermogen.
• Je hebt een perfecte beheersing van de Nederlandse taal.
• Je beheerst de Engelse taal.
• Je bent minimaal 32 uur per week beschikbaar
