As an Account Manager at SAMY, you will play a key leadership role in managing client relationships and overseeing the successful delivery of integrated, social-first campaigns. You will act as the strategic link between clients and internal multidisciplinary teams, ensuring excellence in execution, strong commercial performance, and impactful results. This role requires a strong strategic mindset, leadership capabilities, and deep understanding of digital and social ecosystems.
Job Description
Account & Client Leadership
• Serve as the primary strategic point of contact for assigned clients, building strong and trusted relationships.
• Understand client business objectives and translate them into clear, actionable campaign strategies.
• Lead client meetings, presentations, and strategic discussions.
• Ensure client satisfaction while proactively identifying growth opportunities.
Strategic Campaign Oversight
• Oversee the development and execution of integrated social-first campaigns across multiple disciplines.
• Collaborate with strategy, creative, influencer, and data teams to define campaign direction and KPIs.
• Ensure all deliverables align with brand positioning, tone of voice, and business objectives.
Team Coordination & Leadership
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Provide clear direction, feedback, and prioritization to internal teams.
• Mentor junior account team members and support their professional development.
• Ensure alignment across all stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.
Performance & Growth Management
• Monitor campaign performance against KPIs and client goals.
• Translate performance data into actionable insights and optimization strategies.
• Identify opportunities to improve results, efficiency, and overall impact.
Financial & Commercial Management
• Oversee budgets, invoicing, and profitability of assigned accounts.
• Ensure accurate financial tracking and resource allocation.
• Support commercial discussions and contribute to account growth and upselling opportunities.
Cross-functional Collaboration
• Work closely with strategy, creative, influencer, and data teams to ensure integrated execution.
• Align internal workflows to maximize efficiency and quality of delivery.
• Leverage insights and trends to strengthen campaign effectiveness and innovation.
Reporting & Insights
• Deliver clear and structured performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Translate complex data into meaningful strategic recommendations.
• Contribute to post-campaign evaluations and learnings.
