Account Manager

MSPS Athens, a frontrunner in the Integrated Marketing and Sales services sector, is on the lookout for a dynamic and motivated Account Manager to join our exceptional Retail Excellence team. Our Retail Excellence department specializes in providing high-quality merchandising and sales solutions tailored to meet our clients' needs. We focus on optimizing in-store merchandising to improve the customer experience, while driving sales growth through strategic trade marketing initiatives, detailed auditing, mystery shopping, and data-driven insights. Our suite of services is designed to enhance retail performance and help clients achieve their business objectives. Your main responsibilities as an Account Manager will be: Overseeing end-to-end project execution, ensuring successful implementation and delivery. Coordinating and supervising key project processes, including sales team training, scheduling, management, reporting, and evaluation. Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams. Collaborating with account management, sales teams, HR, logistics, and data analytics to ensure client needs are met. Monitoring project progress, staff performance, KPIs, timelines, and assisting with budgeting. Building and maintaining strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships. Preparing monthly overviews of client activities, revenue forecasts, and future plans. Developing and delivering client presentations and proposals.

Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Trade Marketing department or a similar position in a sales services company. A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Fluency in both English and Greek (written and verbal). Excellent MS Office skills. Strong customer service and interpersonal abilities for managing diverse client needs. Exceptional communication skills. Strong time and project management capabilities. A proactive attitude with multitasking abilities and resilience under pressure. Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail. Leadership qualities to guide teams and deliver outstanding results.
