Job Description

We are recruiting on behalf of a Y Combinator-backed AI technology company that is redefining automotive retail operations. Our client builds AI employees for car dealerships and auto repair shops, automating customer interactions across voice and messaging channels end-to-end.

Already deployed across hundreds of dealership sites globally, the platform is rapidly scaling across major automotive groups and becoming the AI infrastructure layer for dealership operations.

This is a high-ownership role at the intersection of customer success, product execution, and revenue expansion. You will own a portfolio of key Flemish-speaking dealership accounts, driving adoption, solving complex operational challenges, and identifying expansion opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Retention & Success

• Own retention with a zero-churn mindset: serve as the trusted point of contact for assigned dealership accounts
• Anticipate customer issues, run tight follow-ups, and ensure customers genuinely value and love the solution
• Drive successful pilot deployments and convert them into long-term contracts
• Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure measurable performance outcomes

Revenue Expansion

• Identify upsell and cross-sell signals early within existing accounts
• Lead expansion conversations and close rollouts of additional dealership sites and new use cases
• Serve as a key growth lever for the company through aggressive yet value-driven expansion

Deployment & Implementation

• Run end-to-end rollouts: kick-off, configuration, training, go-live
• Make launches fast, smooth, and repeatable
• Coordinate closely with internal Product and Engineering teams to support deployments

Client-Focused Product Collaboration

• Understand the ins and outs of the product to effectively communicate value to clients
• Translate client feedback into clear requirements for the Product and Engineering teams
• Work seamlessly with technical teams who will handle configurations, workflows, and prompts
• Manage client expectations around product capabilities and customisation possibilities
• Act as the bridge between client needs and internal technical resources

Dit is een rol met veel eigenaarschap op het snijvlak van klantsucces, productuitvoering en omzetgroei. U bent verantwoordelijk voor een portfolio van belangrijke Nederlandstalige dealeraccounts, waarbij u adoptie stimuleert, complexe operationele uitdagingen oplost en uitbreidingsmogelijkheden identificeert.

Klantretentie & Succes

• Eigenaarschap over retentie met een zero-churn mindset: fungeer als het vertrouwde contactpunt voor toegewezen dealeraccounts
• Anticipeer op klantproblemen, voer strakke opvolging uit en zorg ervoor dat klanten oprecht waarde hechten aan en houden van de oplossing
• Stimuleer succesvolle pilot-implementaties en converteer deze naar langetermijncontracten
• Monitor klanttevredenheid en zorg voor meetbare prestatieresultaten

Omzetgroei

• Identificeer vroegtijdig upsell- en cross-sell-signalen binnen bestaande accounts
• Leid uitbreidingsgesprekken en sluit rollouts af voor extra dealerlocaties en nieuwe use cases
• Wees een belangrijke groeihefboom voor het bedrijf door agressieve maar waardegedreven uitbreiding

Implementatie & Uitrol

• Voer end-to-end rollouts uit: kick-off, configuratie, training, go-live
• Maak lanceringen snel, soepel en herhaalbaar
• Coördineer nauw met interne Product- en Engineering-teams om implementaties te ondersteunen

Klantgerichte Productcollaboratie

• Begrijp de ins en outs van het product om effectief waarde te communiceren naar klanten
• Vertaal klantfeedback naar duidelijke vereisten voor de Product- en Engineering-teams
• Werk naadloos samen met technische teams die configuraties, workflows en prompts zullen afhandelen
• Manage klantverwachtingen rond productmogelijkheden en aanpassingsmogelijkheden
• Fungeer als brug tussen klantbehoeften en interne technische resources


Requirements:
Required Qualifications

• Fluent Flemish speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills (primary requirement)
• Professional working proficiency in French to support bilingual dealership groups
• Professional working proficiency in English for internal team communication

• 1–3+ years of professional experience in customer-facing roles such as: Customer Success or Account Management in B2B SaaS, Operations consulting or change management, Project/program management with client-facing responsibilities

• Strong project management skills: Top-down thinking, crisp planning, tight timelines, cross-team coordination
• KPI-oriented and data-driven: Comfortable tracking metrics, analysing performance, and making data-informed decisions
• Calm, resourceful problem-solver: Ability to troubleshoot autonomously and escalate strategically
• Comfortable understanding product details: Willingness to learn how the AI solution works to effectively communicate value and manage client expectations
• Availability to start immediately or within short notice period
• Willingness to travel regularly to dealership client sites across Belgium

Preferred Qualifications

• Consulting background (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or operations/change management consulting firms)
• Experience in SaaS or AI/technology startup environments
• Background in the automotive industry (dealerships, OEMs, aftermarket) is a plus
• Top business or engineering school degree
• Entrepreneurial mindset: Aggressive (in a positive, results-driven sense), ownership-oriented, execution-focused
• Experience managing senior stakeholders and navigating complex organisational structures

Benefits:
Base Salary: €60,000 – €65,000 gross annual
