【Job Responsibilities】
You will play a key role in managing and growing Hotel & F&B partners on KKday, ensuring strong commercial performance, product quality, and long-term partnerships.
You have excellent professional customer service, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Success in this position requires a strong background in Hospitality / Tourism / F&B, a results-oriented mindset with strong execution and attention to detail, solid data and system skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
【Account Management – Hotel & F&B Focus】
Manage a portfolio of Hotel and F&B partners, acting as the primary point of contact.
Ensure partners’ listings (room types, packages, menus, pricing, availability, blackout dates, policies, visuals, and descriptions) are accurate, competitive, and conversion-optimized.
Conduct regular performance and content reviews (weekly / bi-weekly) and work with BD or partners to resolve pricing, inventory, or competitiveness issues.
Monitor booking performance, conversion rate, cancellation rate, and customer feedback to drive continuous optimization.
Manage and support system integrations (PMS / Channel Manager / POS where applicable), troubleshoot inventory, rate, or availability issues, and coordinate with internal tech/support teams when needed.
【Destination & Market Intelligence】
Develop strong understanding of local hotel & F&B market dynamics, including:
Pricing strategies and rate parity
Seasonal demand, peak/off-peak trends
Customer booking behavior and dining preferences
Track competitors’ offerings (OTAs, direct booking, dining platforms) and identify strengths, gaps, and opportunities.
Identify, prioritize, and recommend high-potential hotels, dining concepts, staycation packages, and special offers to drive GMV growth.
【Internal Stakeholder Collaboration】
Collaborate closely with BD team to onboard and expand Hotel & F&B supply within assigned destinations.
Work with Marketing team to plan and execute campaigns such as:
Staycation / dining promotions
Seasonal sales (festivals, holidays, weekends)
Exclusive packages or flash deals
with clear ROI targets (GMV, CAC, profit).
Align with Operations / Customer Service teams to ensure smooth fulfillment and high customer satisfaction.
【Reporting & Analysis】
Track, analyze, and report on key KPIs including GMV, conversion rate, ADR, booking volume, and partner performance.
Identify trends, issues, and growth opportunities, and proactively propose action plans.
Execute initiatives and projects assigned by line manager or top management, ensuring timely follow-up and measurable results.
【Ideal Background (Optional Add-On if You Want)】
Experience in hotel sales, OTA account management, hospitality operations, or F&B partnerships is highly preferred.
Familiarity with hotel systems (PMS, Channel Managers) or F&B reservation systems is a plus.
Strong analytical mindset with comfort using backend systems and performance dashboards.
