The Account Executive Toppie - Colombia will be responsible for driving growth within the Brands and Agencies sector in the LATAM region, specially in Colombia. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the LATAM market and excellent sales and negotiation skills. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong relationships with key stakeholders within multi-layered organizations.
You will:

• Generate pipeline of media agencies and CPG brands across the Latin America Region, specially in Colombia.

• Drive sales growth for Topsort's demand-side product, Toppie, by engaging in strategic conversations with retailers and agencies.

• Develop brand partnerships and media plans while maintaining close collaboration with partners on the supply-side.

• Attend various industry events, trade shows and be an active voice of Toppie in Latin America.

• Build product knowledge and become a subject matter expert on Topsort’s entire product stack, including but not limited to retail media platform, ad serving APIs, and our demand-side product, Toppie.

What (we think) you need to be successful - we’re open to not checking all the boxes and be proven wrong by outlier candidates as well!

• 5+ years experience in media sales within a digital agency, CPG brand, or a retailer with a retail media business component. Familiarity with Advertising - bonus points if you know the advertising lingo and already have the right knowledge in place!

• Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Even better if you’ve worked at a scale-up sales organization and have an entrepreneurial spirit!

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent minimum, MBA preferred - the most important thing is to have a learner’s mindset and the ability to adapt to a fast paced environment!

• Your internal working language everyday is English and Spanish - you should be comfortable switching between the two.

• You must be eager to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events
