Overview of the Role:

Tableauのミッションは、 お客様がデータを「見て、理解し、活用できるように支援すること」です。 Tableau はビジネスインテリジェンス市場に影響を与え、常に成長を続けています。 

Account Executiveは、担当する業界・規模のお客様に対して、当社の革新的な製品とソリューションを提案し、販売目標を上回る成果を追求する重要なポジションです。

単なる製品販売にとどまらず、お客様の潜在的な課題を深く掘り下げ、最適な解決策を提示します。市場調査からリード獲得、商談の創出、製品デモンストレーション、導入支援、そしてクロージング、さらには契約後のカスタマーサクセスまで、営業プロセスのすべてを主体的に動かすダイナミックなポジションです。

Responsibilities:

• 戦略的アカウントプランニング: 担当地域・業界における市場動向を分析し、中長期的な営業戦略を立案・実行。目標を達成し続けるためのパイプラインを構築します。

• フルサイクル営業の遂行: 新規商談の創出から、製品デモによる価値提案、商談管理（CRM）、契約締結まで、営業プロセスの全フェーズを完結させます。

• リソースのオーケストレーション: ソリューションエンジニア、製品サポート、マーケティングなどの社内リソースを巻き込み、顧客にとって最適なソリューションを構築します。

• リレーションシップの構築: 顧客企業の経営層から現場担当者まで、多層的な関係性を構築・維持し、Tableauのファンを増やします。

• インサイトの共有: 競合情報や市場のフィードバックを収集し、製品開発やマーケティング戦略へのインプットを行います。

Required Qualifications:

• ソリューション営業の経験: 中小・中堅企業（SMB/Commercial領域）向けに、無形商材やITソリューションの提案営業経験（目安3年以上）。

• 圧倒的な目標達成意欲: 常に高い基準を自らに課し、活動量（コール、デモ、訪問）と質の双方からKPI・目標を達成してきた実績。

• コミュニケーション能力: 複雑な技術的概念を、顧客のビジネス価値に翻訳して伝えられる高い言語化能力。

Preferred Qualifications:

• SaaS/ソフトウェア業界経験: SaaSビジネスモデルへの深い理解、またはBI製品（Tableau、Power BI、Looker等）の知見。

• Salesforceの活用経験: Salesforce CRMを用いたデータドリブンな営業管理の実践経験。

• ツール活用スキル: Google Workspace、Slackを日常的に使いこなし、スピード感を持って業務を遂行できる方。

• Ownership & Agility: 変化の激しい環境を楽しみ、自身のビジネスを最大化させるために自律的に行動できる方。
