Account Executive Luxe L’Oréal Benelux
As an Account Executive you’ll be the daily point of contact for different brands in the luxe division such as: Lancôme, Yves Saint Laurent, Armani, HR, Carita Paris, Biotherm, Aesop, Valentino, Prada, miu miu, Maison Margiela, Viktor & Rolf, Ralph Lauren, Diesel, cacharel, Atelier Cologne, iT cosmetics, Kiehl's, Urban Decay, Youth to the People, Takami, shu uemura, and Yue sai. From luxury skincare to cutting-edge fragrance. You’re seen as one of their own: receiving direct briefings, working closely with the L’Oréal team, and being their go-to person for influencer campaigns and activations.
What you’ll do
• You work directly with L'Oréal and SAMY on creative influencer campaigns: everything from building content calendars to handpicking the perfect influencer profiles.
• You keep campaigns running smoothly: validating content, giving feedback, analyzing results, and quickly adjusting course when needed.
• You track campaign effectiveness daily and make smart optimizations for the best possible outcome.
• Together with our data team, you deep dive into the latest trends, gather insights, and spot every improvement opportunity, reporting results back to L’Oréal.
• You coordinate and support brand activations and events for L’Oréal, both online and offline, making sure everything runs seamlessly.
• You manage all contract and financial matters related to the campaigns, supported by the team, and make sure every detail is in Traackr.
• You’re in direct contact with influencers, making sure all expectations are clear and communication is smooth.
What are we looking for
• You’ve got 2 – 4 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or a similar vibe, so you know how things work in this world.
• You really know what’s going on in the Benelux influencer scene, you keep up with trends and know which platforms matter.
• You’re great with Excel, and you actually like diving into data to see what’s going on and what can be improved.
• You’re a native Dutch speaker and fully comfortable in English, both talking and writing. If you speak French too, that’s a nice extra!
• You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree that’s relevant, or you’ve built your skills through practical experience on the job.
• You’re super structured and organized, and people say you’re easy to work with because you’re clear in how you communicate.
• You don’t get stressed easily, you love spotting new opportunities, and you’re not afraid to suggest improvements when you see them.
• You can quickly switch gears between different teams or projects—flexibility is totally your thing!
