Your Key Responsibilities

• Become an expert on Lexroom.ai and a product evangelist, identifying new use cases for our customers.

• Drive Lexroom’s ambitious ARR growth to position the company as a European market leader.

• Take ownership of the demo-to-close process. You will lead high-impact product presentations and focus on closing deals from inbound inquiries.

• Work closely with prospects to identify their pain points, goals, and potential development opportunities.

• Monitor the market closely for Lexroom. Work closely with the product team by providing valuable feedback from current and potential clients.

What We’re Looking For

• You have 1-3 years of experience in a sales role.

• You are a power user of sales support tools (HubSpot, Sales Navigator, etc.).

• You never stop learning and challenging yourself, and you're eager to join a rapidly growing startup.

• You speak both Italian and English.

• You are Fast and Accurate

• You are Humble and Hungry

• You Take Responsibility

• You are a Straight Talker

• Optional, but a bonus: You have a law degree.

• Annual Salary Range: €55.000 - 65.000 OTE [uncapped and accelerated variable]
