Job Description

Account Executive – UK & International

About Incisive Health

Incisive Health is an award-winning healthcare policy, public affairs and communications consultancy operating across the UK, Europe and International markets. We design and deliver programmes that shape policy, influence decision-making and, ultimately, improve the lives of people living with different conditions. Our work supports clients to navigate complex policy environments and achieve meaningful change for populations worldwide.

We are part of Inizio, a global partner to the life sciences industry. Inizio brings together over 10,000 experts across clinical development and commercialisation, supporting many of the world’s leading life sciences organisations. Together, we help organisations accelerate the journey from innovation to patient access—anticipating challenges, reducing barriers and ensuring that life-changing treatments reach the people who need them most.

The role #LI-GK

As an Account Executive, you will work across both our UK and International policy practices, supporting the delivery of high-quality public affairs and policy programmes. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain experience across domestic and global health policy environments, working on issues ranging from NHS reform to global access to medicines.

From day one, you will be actively involved in client work. You might be conducting global policy landscaping research, supporting engagement at the World Health Assembly, organising an event in the UK Parliament – no two days are the same.

You will play a key role in supporting account teams, developing your technical skills, and building your understanding of policy and stakeholder landscapes across multiple geographies.

• Support the day-to-day running of client accounts, ensuring activity is delivered on time and to a high standard

• Assist in the preparation of client materials, including briefings, reports, presentations and stakeholder maps

• Contribute to the coordination of client meetings, including preparing agendas, materials and follow-up actions

• Monitor UK, European and global policy and political developments, identifying relevant updates for clients

• Conduct research and analysis on key health policy issues, distilling findings into clear, concise outputs

• Contribute to new business activity, including background research, insight development and proposal preparation

• Support the development of credentials and marketing materials

Team contribution & development

• Actively contribute to internal initiatives, including knowledge sharing, wellbeing and DEI activities

• Build expertise in health policy and public affairs, developing an understanding of both UK and international systems

• Take ownership of your development, seeking feedback and learning opportunities

About you

You will bring:

• A strong interest in UK and/or global health policy, politics and public affairs

• Academic or internship experience in a relevant field (e.g. politics, international relations, public health or life sciences)

• Strong research, analytical and written communication skills

• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced consultancy environment

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
