Job Description
Job Summary: To perform client relations and bookkeeping by performing the following duties.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Interface with client(s) and client support staff daily
Supervise, mentor, manage bookkeeping staff, be on-site to answer questions, train, and review performance
Act as approver in Agillink workflow
Review monthly and semi- annual General Ledger/Trial Balances to ensure accurate books
Collaborate closely with insurance representatives for client(s) personal and commercial insurance lines.
Timely coordination of client tax information and documents with the NKSFB tax department.
Coordinate and complete client loan applications and work closely with banking/mortgage company representatives
Record purchase and refinance of client residence and other assets in Agillink
Maintain cash flow and reporting requests for clients
Onboarding new client inclusive of recording opening Trial Balance as journal entry and reconciling bank statements
Process Accounts Payable and Cash Receipts when AAE is out
Book investment statements
Other related duties as assigned

Education and Experience Requirements:
High School Diploma
2-3 years Agillink experience
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
Standing, walking, crouching, and regular lifting up to 15 pounds.
Frequent use of hands and reaching with hands and arms.
Regularly talking, hearing, seeing, and sitting.
Moderate to loud noise level.
Risk of electrical shock.
Salary Range: The salary range for this role is $70,000-$90,000 and represents the firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, and location.
